What were the main differences between Hamilton and Jefferson's views on the creation of a national bank?

Many Fathers of the constitution did not believe in paper money if it di not had the equivalent in gold or silver in a vault. Hamilton suggested a national bank and the currency would be backed up by the vigor of the economy, just like today. Jefferson only believed in agrairian activity.

jefferson argued that it was not consitutional. hamilton said it was under the necessary and proper clause.
