No one's faith should be mocked or ridiculed. . If it is easier to criticise than to be correct, in the interests of human brotherhood, all religious intollerance should stop once and for all. There are other dangers looming above us , why not turn our considerable intellects to solve those problems.

Protestants haven't been mocking Christianity, otherwise they wouldn't be part of it. They just chose thier own way of worshiping God.

Actually, I'm Catholic, and I'm also offended when pagans and atheists mock Christianity. . . The way to deal with it is to show them how intolerant they are being, rather than attacking them back.. . .

Also, one must ask the question; " is it truly worth mocking?"!

Protestant:. . a name/term describing them as people who are "pro-test-ants" -. pro - for. test - testify. . - people who TESTIFY FOR the Faith.. . not people who protest AGAINST .... . Yes, for a long time Protestants have been TESTIFYING FOR the Faith once (for all time) delivered to the "saints".. . They have much in common with the Roman Catholics and other Catholics and Orthodox -- such things as ONE Creator God Who has revealed Himself as eternally existing in three "Persons". That Jesus Christ Came, becoming Incarnate, was Crucified, dead, and buried; Rose from the dead, bodily ascended into Heaven, and shall come again. Most have in common the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the St. Athanasian Creed.. . ================================. . One answerer says: "christianity comes from paganism, many "traditions" come from paganism. they dont like to accept that.". . That is just NOT SO!!. . Chriistianity does NOT come from paganism. Christianity replaces paganism. Paganism, an old religion, does not like being replaced by Christianity.

I think it would be obvious why Christians would get offended when they are mocked. Doesn't everyone get offended when they are mocked, or at least it gets annoying, whether or not they have any religious base whatsoever! I'm a Christian, and I think that when this world is suppose to be about "freedom of speech" and the entire nation is allowed to say their political views on things, why is it we can't have freedom of speech on how we feel about wanting to serve God? It's okay to have sex education in school but not prayer? I think it's all stupid. Everyone is NOT entitled to freedom of what they want to believe, because if they were, everyone would be doing what they believed in. What if a parent doesn't want their child learning about sex from a stranger, but wants their child to pray before lunch? Is that considered wrong? Yes. You don't see them banning sex education though, so I think all in all, everyone is being "mocked" in one or another. It's all so controversial, yet were suppose to keep quiet. No one is pushing any ones beliefs on anyone, yet this society is offended when we're offended about holding some moral value to the world when it's so much in chaos.
