Perchloric acid is one of the six common strong acids, which means 100% dissociation in water. Thus, [HClO4] = [H+].. . pH = -log 2.65 x 10^-5 = 4.58

concentration of Hydrogen ion =1/2.65 * 0.00001. inverse of this =37,735. . ad ph is the decimal logarithm of this value pH = 4.576

pH has a relationship to the log of the hydrogen ion concentration...you can do the math.
