maybe you ticked him off, lol, thats true though, cats are smart (well to an extent :) ) if you make them mad for some reason they use your bed or your pillow and just urinate or poop on it to get revenge on you. I had a siamese do that to my bed after we had him neutered and declawed... he was ticked. but he only did that to me once.... he pooped on my daughters pillow every time she would make him mad...... LOL.

When my cat has done that in the past it is usually a sign that he is sick. Since cats can't talk they will do things like pee right in front of you. It could be a Urinary Tract Infection which is very easy to treat. You should make an appointment for the vet.

Once a cat start's peeing on your bed it will not stop.I had a cat that done this and I took it to the vet,and it had a urinary tract infection.i have had several cat's and had them spayed and they got the urinary tract problem. So I no longer have cat's in the house.

Did he urinate a full bladder or just a drip? My male cat did the same thing only on the kitchen floor. He just came up meowed at me, squatted and peed a little dribble. Turns out he had a urinary tract infection which are more common in males than females because of their smaller urethra. I suggest getting him to the vet soon because UTI's can be fatal. Then ask the vet for a recommended diet for him to prevent a chronic condition. My guy had to eat Science Diet w/d (or was it c/d)

If there has been any changes to the household (strangers to the cat, children or a baby, another animal) this may of upset or stressed the cat and caused it to feel that it needed to mark.. Maybe food or drink was spilled on your bed?? This may cause the cat to feel like it needs to cover the scent.. It is also possible that the cat may have a UTI. Cats can get urinary track infections easily. If the cat continues to urinate in places other than it's litter box, you should make an appt. with your cat's vet.
