Wash them like your normally would with warm water in the washing machine, but put in a few squirts of dish-washing liquid in with your regular laundry soap. Dish-washing liquid is designed to cut through grease. You might also try other chemical degreasers. Be sure to test it on an inconspicuous area first to check for colorfastness

If these are expensive jeans, don't touch them unless you are comfortable doing it. Drycleaners usually can clean almost anything as long as you did not try to clean it on your own.

what i use is Oxyclean, you can purchase this at any walmart or generic store, -- works on everything from red wine stains, any stain in general, -- the key to making this stuff work is to have boiling water from a kettle at least, then put whatever it is that is soiled or stained in a bucket, put about a cup of the crystalized powder on it, pour the hot water, stir it around, and it should vanish in no time.. works for me

Try putting dish soap on the grease. It sounds wierd, but it works.
