It is probably your fight or flight response mechanism to grave danger. People are different and have completely different FOF's. There are tricks to learn to calm yourself downbecause not all of these situations are truly life or death. SOme even do this for simple ordinary things such as boarding a flight or going up the stage to say something in front of many people.. Do breathing exercises and visualization techniques.

Those are classic symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks.. . There are natural methods of handling this (i.e., deep breathing) or you can speak to a doctor about a prescription such as Ativan or Klonopin.

It's normal, it's anxiety. Most people have a fear of what they may face so you just don't want to really confront it. Your body gives off warning signs to this, it's why some people when they make speeches they have such a great fear that they may just vomit upon stage. I'm not sure about the extreme measures of anger having the same effects, but I'm sure each person has some way these things work. I'm sorry I couldn't help you much more.
