What are they reporting? Can you prove it's false? If so, send documentation to the company with cc's to the 3 credit reporting agencies asking your credit report to be cleared up within 30 days. Then follow up with all 3 credit agencies individually.

If they continue to report innacurate information that you have already had removed successfuly they may be in violation of your rights and of their service. If you have not yet taken the proof to the 3 bureaus that must be done first.. . For info on how various situations can affect credit scores check my blog.
