Specialize in something unique, or do something very thoroughly if others do it too.. . Work hard, and don't "borrow" content from someone else. Copyright rules DO apply, and your site will be shut down if someone finds their stuff on it.. . Running a Website is NOT easy money, but it can be profitable if you work hard at it.
