Get your sims to relax together on a double bed, and then have them cuddle, and then "try for baby" this also works in the hot tub. If you hear the "Rock-a-Bye Baby" chimes, your female sim is preggers.

you get in the bed after you have built a relationship with the 0ne you wanna make a baby with call them to the bed and then have sex in the bed and then it should ask you to have a baby or not. you can also look on cheatplanet.com they have troubleshooting and walkthroughs
