Best answer
I'd send a leltter to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Put his name on it and mark it Personal & Confidential.. . While I doubt it will make it all the way to Mr. Bill, you'll probably get close and be filtered out by one of his admin team.

Try the Redmond Washington / Microsoft office I mean the only real way is the old fashioned way try snail mail. Good luck so many people try it is really impossible.
