Need a program that can chang a Proxy-Server on the world.. This will be transparent to you, then ramonly on the list the software will change a alternative proxy to suft every "X" minutes you assing. Please note that this will be slow if you have a Dial up connection.

u can use software to do that . for example . surf anynormasly . is one programe to change the ip

the only way you can do that is if you have dialup. just disconnect then reconnect.

If you are connecting via DSL or Cable, then your router will likely do this for you. It's called NAT (Network Address Translation).
