i would say between a 2 -3.

I gernerallly am depressed all the time, but sometimes it is worse than others. I would say an 8, and can get up to 10.

7. But I know it's me, so I fight it. I hate myself, everyone I know and my life situation, but it's my fault. I refuse to let it bother me. That usually brings it down to a 5ish, until beer thirty. Then I'm happy.
