Kidney stones are formed out of crystals found in the urine. In most cases, the crystals are too tiny to be noticed, and pass harmlessly out of the body. However, they can build up inside the kidney and form much larger stones

Often, kidney stones are deposits of calcium oxalate. We have plenty of calcium ions in our system if we're properly fed. We can avoid kidney stones to an extent by avoiding foods rich in oxalic acid such as rhubarb and tea.

grainy drinks like instant tea, kool aid, as well as drinks like soda's and drinks like tea made from a tea bag. You should stay away from things like this. If you don't like water, start buying flavored waters. That's what I do.
