Can you even Sign-In to your mail account?. If yes, then you should be able to see a link to INBOX.. . Sometimes you can't sign-in because the mail server is down. Try again later.

click on in box you may need a password

open your inbox by double click then reply or delete all by checking, if you have a pass word enter it.then double click bulk,junk delete all. hope this helps
