Any mind control book is always a interesting read. But for someone to ask how long does it take is silly. Effort equals results. One does not just read a book and expect results.. It helps to know a little on how the brain works.. And if you research that part its a start to help you control your mind.. This is not a easy thing to do its like the everything you know is wrong theory.. Once you learn to control the reactive mind and get your analytical mind to work you are almost there.. The trick is to get the two parts of the brain to work in harmony. Most people live there whole life in the reactive mind and that's not a bad thing. But if you want your dreams to come true you have to learn to use both sides of the brain.

Given the fact that you can remember what you dreamed, you will have to wait for the opportunity to present itself ,( ie: 'dejavou' ) before you are able to make a conscience decision to proceed further. Only then will you be able to exact the proper circumstances on the events as they unfold.

There is more to Silva Mind Control (Silva Method) than hypnogogic hallucinations, but my advice to you is to not meddle in any of that New Age stuff. The best it can do for you is give you a false sense of serenity, and the worst it can do for you is make you go cult-member-mad.

Depends on the person. The important thing is to do it consistently.

Yeah, what Michael B. said. I thought it was called the Silva Learning System or something like that. "How much time does it take?" What are you, like fourteen years old? Learn how to work and how to read and everything else will come to you, that's my advice. Silva system never was a magic pill, you still have to work at it. I wouldn't exactly call it a "New Age" thing either. It's just a method of learning that utilizes modules and units and builds them up into cohesive larger systems, and it utilizes multi-media as well. Kind of boring when you take out the "mind control" nonsense and perceive it for what it is, eh? UC Steve.
