How can I dispute a credit report online?

If you go to the credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion etc), there is a section Dispute this Transaction. You will be asked to explain why you are disputing this transaction.. . My husband disputed some of his questionable transactions and they were taken off two months later.

If you are struggling to dispute on-line, just submit a letter to each bureau, stating why you are disputing it. If something is showing that you still owe on something but it is paid off, obtain a letter from the original creditor and submit it to the credit bureaus. . .
