Post office, western union, convenient stores, or grocery stores sell them for a less than a dollar. You pay the amount that you need the money order to be and the fee for the money order itself.

Go to any bank or grocery store. It costs around 50cants to a dollar. Customer service counter.

postal money order is from the post office. other money orders are from the bank, or from places like Money Mart (fast cash for cheques kind of places).
