Look up a shop that deals in this, in your telephone directory it comes under "i" inner lens cleaners for milatary antique telescopes! there is literally thousands!

Are you trying to use it? or do you want to keep it clean? Anyway, you should probably leave it the way it is. What is it dirty with anyway? That kind of thing happens to antiques. And if it is old enough, its not the kind that you can take apart, clean and put back together.
