I'll answer this by saying it covers three categories, which are not from some standard I know. Researching prices, that is finding good prices or knowing what common prices for goods are; knowing that many illegitimate businesses operate and so not jumping at every advertisement or sales approach; and realizing that dangerous, low quality, tampered and phony products find there way to the market place. That whole realm of stuff.
