Best answer
I can't be certain, but I believe it falls under the start button at your control panel. There is a section there that allows you to make your icons act like internet links, one click and two click. I'll look and see if I can find it for you.

click on it and drag to your task-bar right next to the start button then one click does it. I keep IE, Outlook, Media Player and anything I want to get to fast there.

to configure you mouse buttons = click on start - settings - control panel - mouse,, then select the configuration you prefer then click ok or apply
