Just exercise and everything will melt away. You can't just spot exercise.. . Try some cardio, running, fast walking, the efx machines, and then start with some light weights to keep your heart rate up....Give it some time.. . Good Luck.

The most crucial is called the PDTFAPAFT. This is an acronym for the 'put down the fork and push away from the table' exercise. Another good one is the 'GOTCAGFAW' which as we all know translates to 'get off the couch and go for a walk'. More calories out and less calories in. There is no magic bullet here. If you truly don't like being fat, eat less and work more.
