Clark Howard .The radio talk show on financial matters says they are the most unreliable ones. Personally I do not know.

Very reliable. They are secure, many verification methods, and their customer service is great. I have been using them for about 4 years now and have never had any problems.

the person above me is right, . not only that, but if they jip you, paypal will go after them for you. they are realy the safest way to go on ebay
