What are the height requirements for pilots?

It depends on what they are flying. Many large planes and spacecraft have overhead panels with switches, and the pilot would need to be able to reach them from a sitting postion especially if they are strapped in.

There is nothing in the FAA regulations concerning height requirements, so height can not stop you from obtaining a pilot certificate. However, individual airlines or the military may have their own requirements based on the equipment flown or functions required of a pilot (as someone else stated, the ability to reach certain controls may require certain physical characteristics).
