What are the reasons for hiring women as security guards and police officers?

it's called gender sensitivity man. what a man can do, a woman also can.

Oh I'm sure that isn't always the case hey on my PMS days if I were a gaurd I would be starting the fights plus you need women security gaurds to search other woman so that which ever company they are working for doesn't get sued for sexual harrasment plus the men (not all but most) have these big ego's on them that the nicer women gaurds just don't want to bruise so they try to let them prove that they are "the man"

It's called politically correct hiring practices which pretends that all people are equal in all areas. Read some of the stuff by the guy listed below. It's funny but sad.
