My b/f uses close up toothpaste to clean his scratched c.d.'s and that seems to work but ONLY close up!

You can polish it, or buy a cd repair kit like skip dr. there are also some chemicals that you can find in almost any retail office supplies dealer, those are good if the disk is not so severyly scratched.

They sell kit that help fix them. Try looking at Wal*Mart or Any other store

you can get a cleaner for it or a machene that you put in your cd and then it takes all of teh scratches in it..or if you don't like it...sell it and say it sill works but it is scratched(lol)
