You cannot get it changed. You had nine months from separation to get it changed. If you commited acts of misconduct then they are not going to change that for you.. For the most part you are screwed unless you dad or uncle is a Congressmen

I'm pretty sure to get it changed your situation has to be revieved by a board. you should talk to the personnel flight or center associated with your service. I heard it can be a lengthy process.
