First, was the test done according to government regulations.. Second, did you use any other medication when you were being tested?

take another drug test, and fight the false positive in court

What's the test for? Employment? If it is then you have to go by the companies policy. Normally most allow you to pre-pay for a retest and if you pass it refund the cost of the test. Either way the second test is considered conclusive. . . If it's for a legal purpose (ie probation, etc) then you have to follow what the law in your state says in order to protest the result.
