Pet stores have soap to remove skunk odor from dogs. Get enough to mix up a 5 gallon solution of soap/water( 1 qt soap to gal water) and spray underside of car. One of those pump-up lawn chemical tanks, available at home/garden store, will work.

I just want to say thank you for eliminating another skunk. We have a few of them in our semi-rural community. Probably somebodies escaped pet descided to repopulate our neighborhood. Oh Yes... try tomato juice.
