We have CULLIGAN water at my work. It has a safetly seal. Pull paper tab then turn upside down (water doesn't come out until it has contact with its station) No water is wasted and there is no clean up.

1. Open the water bottle. 2. Pick up the water dispenser machine and turn it upside down on the water bottle.. 3. Pick them both up and flip over quickly.. . good luck. hehehe.

Some of the new water jug systems have a mechanism on the cap, where all you do is peel off a sticker and you will notice an inverted clear cap within the bigger green cap. This inverted clear cap gets popped in when the jug is placed into the cooler, thus preventing spillage. its a bit like the valve stems on your car's tires, with the little pin that prevents all the air to rush out. . . The other option if you can't get one of the new style jugs, find a big strappin man wjho can change the water for you. . . Seriously though, many water companies like Culligan will trade out your old cooler for a newer one if you ask.

I've had many issues with this,, and it works better with 2 people:. untop the bottle, and place the neck on the side of the dispenser. Usually there is a resevoir where the bottle goes, so point it towards that. then, QUICKLY turn the bottle into the resevoir, and push it upright. The weight of the bottle will keep water from spilling out the sides.

I would tilt the dispenser in front of yourself. Also, keep the cap of the water bottle on while putting it on the tilted dispenser. Then when the bottle is almost covering the dispenser, immediately pull the cap, so the water won't spill outside the dispenser, and the bottle and water stays on the dispenser after you release the bottle.
