What factors contribute to the perception of the U.S.-Mexico border being in poor condition?

It's long, it doesn't have a fence it's just open terrain! That is what the bill is supposed to correct, but for some reason criminals don't want us to build a fence because it would be harder for their criminal families to come over as well!

Explain crappy. the U.S. borders are extremely busy during peak hours. A lot of people live over in Mexico because it is cheaper and work in the U.S. Legally.

there not getting there way like always.. just want canad or whoever to pay for things that u can get free. canada has cards with eveything on them, then the US doing the same,and u have pay them $60.00 US or $80.00 CAN.. we are not giving money them.
