They don't. What they speak is ythe first English spoken in the world. English has been somewhat changed in the USA. That is why many people think the English speak the worst English, because we as Americans don't speak British English. We speak American English.

I believe it is because of the reason "they are already english, so why study about the language which they use everyday." . . Grammar is important but they use the language every freakin' day of their lives enough for them to think that they already mastered it. They would now prioritize learning other languages. Aside from this, they already developed some street languages (add the wrong grammar) that made it much difficult to understand.
