How can I find the internal IP address of a computer using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

It's generally not possible to get the IP address of a computer that is behind a NAT firewall. It would be rather useless anyway as you could easily have many sessions coming in through NAT'd connections that have the same IP address. For session control, you'd be far better off using a session cookie.
