Don't panic, sometimes they'll tuck you in at the last minute. Also, if you really need to get into that particular university, you need to wait it out. Or you can attempt to dig out some additional proof of how wonderful you are and beg/cajole to re-apply. No matter what happens, ensure you have at least another university to fall back on.
