It may seem counterintuitive, but try rubbing on some baby oil right after you bathe. The bumps are from dry/sensitive skin and baby oil is the best way to moisturize w/o irritation.

It could just be some allergic reaction to really anything; like u come in touch,medications or something u have eaten.

if they are always there and nothing new, it may help to go into a tanning booth/bed.

I get bumps on my upper arms when my skin dries out. Try a good moisturizing creme.
