Why are humans still considered prey despite being at the top of the food chain?

It's a food chain, food circle thing. The things at the bottom need food, too. They eat us. And we taste better than other things.

That guy is seriously, fatally flawed, and must be executed. I will remain at the top of the food chain. I fish, hunt, and will not fail to unload on anyone who becomes an imminent threat to my friends, or family.

Either because some people are sick or that night you were alone in the woods cause your car broke down and some hungry cougar came after you... or even when you die and you're all sealed in the casket your body eats its self! the little animals in our intestine help us eat until we die and they eat the rest of us, yummmmm!

that is called cannabalism, and some people do it for religeus or supersticious resons. not civilized people thiough. Unless you mean the names of chefs and stuff on the back of the menu.

If we were on top of the food chain then we wouldn't be on the menu of anyone. That is the logic of the food chain.. . Therefore, we are either not on the top of the food chain or not on the menu.

As what? . . You know what though! I read in the newspaper this morning that a man was caught in Oklahoma and arrested for murdering a 10 year old girl and cutting her up. And what makes it worse is that he was going to drain her blood, eat her, and dispose of her organs and bones!! . . They found a ritualistic knife, BBQ skewers, a duffel bag, and a shovel in his aparment!. . What is this world coming to! . . I'd like to get a hold of that guy!!!
