Why do some people struggle to understand Christianity?

because they can't spell.... . I am very sorry that was mean...people have a tendency to believe what they hear from a source that should be reliable(their preacher/priest) but many of these people do little actual research for themselves...for instance, the Bible was written in a context for a certain social climate, if you truly want to understand the meaning you have to understand the culture to which the words were addressing.

How do people who don't believe in god or Christ truly think that they are a freak of nature? only God can create Life, all of our science cannot create even a simple living organism.

do you mean why are christians such idiots? or why are non christians ignorant of the religion? most non christians have been there done that so assuming they are the ignorant ones is a biased and unfounded assumption.

Most people are lazy and also do not want to change anything about themselves to "be saved" from eternal punishment i.e. Hell. Many who claim to be Christian have no desire to study the Bible. The Bible is a Christians source for knowledge that leads to truth and eternal life. We need to study it and apply it to our lives daily to be "strong" Christians.

Idiots are only idiots as long as they choose to stay uninformed to a particular subject. If you find someone to be an "idiot" of Christianity then they simply do not know the truths of Christianity. I'm an idiot of Nascar - why, because I do not care about Nascar and it has no bearing in my life, I do not read materials relating to it, etc. I don't mind being an idiot of Nascar. Does that help you understand why some people are "idiots" to you in certain areas?
