How do you send emails to multiple recipients sequentially?

if u have configured ur mail server on linux, you can do it using a simple shell script. put this shell script in crond.. just read in the addresses from the address book into a variable and it should work.. . if you do not use linux, i am sorry for bothering you.

On most Windows clients you just enter multiple email addresses in the "To" field (or the cc: field if you prefer), separated by semicolons (;).

All you have to do is type their name in the "CC:" line after you've added one name in the "to:" line. That means you are basically sending a "carbon copy" of the message to everyone you want.

All you have to do is in the "send to" portion of your email select all the recipients you want to send it to, or type in manually the email address of each person you want to send the email to. Just put a comma between each email address you are sending the email to.
