Easy... send them all as "BCC:" (blind carbon copy) addressees. If you have to have a real recipient, send it to yourself.

You can put yourself in the to: line and then put everyone else in the cc: (carbon copy) line. Any emails in the cc line do not show up to other users.

The way is to type the peoples email addresses in the BCC: section. No one will know who else got the email you have sent. Be sure to seperate the emails with a comma(,)

Instead of in the "To:" choice, use "BCC:" which stands for blind carbon copy.
