cut: hold "ctrl" and x. . copy: hold "ctrl" and c (i would personally use this instead of cut, because it leaves the material on the page). . paste hold "ctrl" and v

CTRL + A === SELECT ALL ( or you higjlight them with your mouse). . CTRL + C === COPY. CTRL + X === CUT. CTRL + V === PASTE

the same way you cut and paste for everything. if you want different emails being sent to different people, then you are going to need to forward it multiple times.

highlight cut and paste to new email and sent it to as many people as you want. just put their names in the receiver box
