My little daughter has the same problem and the diagnosis is that the membrane between her nostrils is very sensitive. No cure for it, but we try to not get any soap inside her nose and try to not let water get into her nose. She doesn't enjoy bath time as much because she can't splash around now, but at least it's stopped her repeated sneezing. Try it.

I think the warm moisture helps to loosen up all the trash and dust and pollen we inhale. I have the same thing happen to me.

I was told by a Medical Doctor this was common. This is from the change of tempersure. Have you had the same reaction when cool air from a vent blow on you

Because you're cold?. Because your bathroom has dust in it?. Your towel is not of good quality so some small particals go into your nose when you wipe your face?

More than likely you have mold in your bathroom. The steam from your shower helps lift the spores into the air which you then breathe in. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's not there! So, don't dismiss it right away! I know of some products that may be able to help you get rid of whatever is causing it!
