◙ Maybe their mail server is offline. Go to the main page of that domain and look for a server status link or a contact link.

Check your outgoing server proxy and make sure that all of the recipients you email are on you address book. allow mail

if you are sending emails with numerous recipients, the email may be going to their spam folder. make sure they have you on their contacts list
