Why can't I receive emails from a friend who is using the correct email address?

Did the user CC you? If so, you may want to check your spam bucket. Also check your blocked list.

So, you are not getting HER email, and she is not getting yours- . . You both need to add the correct email addresses into your address book. Make sure they are not blocked, somehow. Make sure your emails are not going into each others Spam or Junk mail, by looking at it, and ADDING the address to your address books.
