What are some natural methods to reduce belly fat and lose 15 pounds?

Some people believe natural suppliments like green tea, ginseng, theobroma cacao and camellia sinensis help with losing weight. Light exercise such as 1/2 hour walking every day will help increase your metabolism. DO NOT starve yourself as this will slow your metabolism!

I am a 37 year old mother of 5 kids myself. The youngest is 3 months old. Don't take any over the counter diet pills. I think that had something to do with my stroke I had 2 years ago.

i feel your pain, and i have fat on my back, too! I found that arobics, or cardio, is the best option for this. these fat deposits are given to us moms for some reason, supposedly they guard against famine so that we can still do the laundry if there is wide spread hunger. after all, who would scrup the toilet? . no, sriously, this is the last place i lose wieght, and the first that i put it on.after all your fat is gone, then the arobics will melt that fat for you.

Well thats a think which bothers many women after pregnancy.. U can definately strat exersixing after consulting with yr doc who discharged yr baby. I think after pregnancy a little belly fat is quite natural. So u got to do some other workouts and lift light weights so that yr problem is solved..
