Hi,. I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. I can answer the 10 pounds question... you go on a juice like diet... it will get rid of all the crap in your body (detoxicate you) it is 100 percent healthy if you do it right... how to do it.. you can drink reg juice but also add in blended fruits, (no milk or dairy) veggies and what every you can think of. I personly recomend either buying premade carrot juice or juicing them yourself, Yes it sounds like it would taste disgusting but I assure you it won't. This as I said is called detoxicating your body. Now its very important you get atleast a fruit (juice) and a veg a day. Water is allowed on this diet. It will work promise

10 lbs is hard in 5 days...but try laxitatives and lots of liquids. The laxiative with at least knock off 5lbs. . . As for the bruised toe...try taping it and put ice on it.

Well for your bruised toe the best thing you can do is to let it rest and not put a lot of weight on it; in other words walk as little as possible. Also, wrap a warm piece of cloth around it and then put ice on it. The warmth helps it heal faster while the ice takes care of the bruising. Now to lose 10 pounds is very risky but what my friend did is she ate very small, repeated portions of food during the day so she never was that hungry. Drinking lots of fluids is also good but it can end up adding up in the scale and giving you extra pounds of what they call "water-weight." The best liquid you can drink to prevent getting dehydrated while keeping of the "water-weight" off is to dirnk Gatorade.
