The only way you're going to lose weight really fast is to lose water weight. People on the Atkins diet typically lose 5 to 15 pounds the first week because of water loss - weight loss from loss of fat slows down significantly after that. Unfortunately, other than that, there's no way to really accelerate the process faster than reducing calories and exercising more. Losing water weight can be encouraging, but is gained back rapidly after coming off the diet and can also be dangerously unhealthy.
