Check your security setting of your browser.. problem is there only. You can ask your service provider. some time their setting may prevent you to go into inbox.. . if dont believe me, go to cyber cafe, there u will be able to login

A hotmail page in your emailbox and it wont open? . You might want to ask that in a different way..
