How can I resolve the issue of a red X appearing on incoming emails and not being able to open the image?

Hello, the problem with that is that the image of the message is lost, it doesn't arrive with the message.. . Sorry

1. the file was uploaded improperly. 2. your firewall is blocking it. 3. your email provider is blocking the images from loading (anti virus protection)

scroll to the bottom of the email. The picture file name might be located there as an attachment.. . It is possible that your mail system removed the picture or it was not sent correctly. In that case nothing.

In your email Go to "tools" "options" "read"....uncheck the box that says "read all email in text only". That should do it.. . Good Luck
