Why is it not possible for us to breathe through our ears when they are connected to the respiratory system?

and why u don't breath from Ur mouth while its connected to ur nose. . cause the air enter to ur lungs have to be warmed a little and humidification .. to be not dry .. and to be clear from infection and dust .. so this is the function of the nose .. while u can breath from ur mouth .. but u cant do it for a while cause u will have pain in ur luck and throat

There's a canal which ends in a membrane in the ear, thus they're not fully connected. The canal is too small to breathe anyway.

they are connected but the connecting canais too small to breath. inside nose there is a chamber in which the air inheled warms up and becomes humid, which is nessesary for breathing.

There are one way valves which do not allow air to pass through ears.But throat and mouth are not different,it is one tube only.

There is a membrane covering the parts that we need to breathe out of our ears. Apparently we dont need ears to do anything other than listen and hand earings off of.
