Rahul is right. It means 'harbour wave', as in "a wave that sweeps over the land." (instead of staying in the sea.). . 津浪 is how the kanji look - kanji being the Japanese version of traditional Chinese characters.... . This site has no problems with displaying Japanese or Chinese characters - or Korean & Arabic too! Any problems in viewing kanji will be caused by the web browser or your computer.
