No you don't have a bone in your penis as that would be silly. It fills with blood to make it errect and has nothing to do with having a bone inside it.

Why does it have a bone to be standing? There is no bone in your tongue.. . Most other mammals do often have bones in their peni, that may be where this idea came from.
